The short version
Floka uses a small number of third parties to run Solvei. They're listed below. All processing happens within the EU/EEA. Customers are notified at least 30 days in advance before any change to this list.

Change notification
Before adding or replacing a sub-processor, Floka notifies all active customers in writing at least 30 days in advance. The notice describes the new sub-processor, its purpose, and its location.
A customer who objects to a change may raise the objection in writing within the notice period. If the parties cannot agree, the customer may terminate the service agreement without penalty before the change takes effect.
Floka stays fully responsible to the customer for any sub-processor's compliance with the obligations in the Data Processing Agreement.
Endringsvarsling
Før Floka legger til eller bytter en subprosessor, varsles alle aktive kunder skriftlig minst 30 dager i forveien. Varselet beskriver den nye subprosessoren, formålet og lokasjonen.
Kunder som har innvendinger til endringen kan fremsette disse skriftlig innenfor varslingsperioden. Dersom partene ikke blir enige, kan Kunden si opp avtalen uten ekstra oppsigelsestid før endringen trer i kraft.
Floka er fullt ut ansvarlig overfor Kunden for at enhver subprosessor overholder forpliktelsene i databehandleravtalen.
